Kurulus Osman, also known as Bengali Kurulus: Osman (meaning Osman the Founder), is based on the biography of Sultan Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. This Turkish historical adventure television series, written by Mehmed Bozdag, has gained widespread popularity.

The series also presents the life story of Ertugrul, the father of Osman, from the Dirilis Artugrul series. Turkish actor Burak Özçivit plays the role of Osman, the main character. In Pakistan, Kurulus Osman has been a significant hit, airing in Urdu on Geo Entertainment and Vidtower. The 59th episode broke viewership records, leading to a visit from Pakistan National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser to the sets, where he met lead actor Burak Özçivit.
